Injured Male Near Pine Creek Pass

At 8:10pm we were called to assist Swan Valley Fire Department, along with US Forest Service, with an injured male along trail 77 near Pine Creek Pass. He was moved by rescue sled to the trailhead and transported by ambulance. Air Idaho responded, but was waved off in flight.

Crash on Trail 77

We were called at 12:39pm to USFS trail 77 off highway 31 near Pine Creek Pass to assist a motorist who had rolled their vehicle. The patient was moved by rescue sled for about a mile and then air lifted by the fabulous folks at Air Idaho.

Overdue Fisherman at Juniper

At 11pm we were called to help locate a 56 year-old male who had gone fishing from Juniper campground early in the day but had not returned. Shortly after dispatching, the man was located safe and sound.

Drowning Suspect in Idaho Falls

At 5pm we assisted the dive team look for a woman who went into a canal near Holmes and 14th St in Idaho Falls. 10 SAR personnel responded along with BCSO dive team, Idaho Falls police and Idaho Falls fire. The woman exited the canal safely and was located about 6:30pm.

Missing adult male near Fall Creek

We responded at 1am on July 5th to Fall Creek to locate an adult male who was missing from camp. He was found a couple hours later.

Missing Elderly Lady With Dementia

We assisted in the search for an 81 year-old lady with dementia who had walked away from her care facility. She was located about a block away with no injuries. Many thanks to Snake River Search and all the Idaho Falls residents who searched their neighborhoods.

Injured Snowmobiler on Sheep Creek

At 6:30pm we responded with Swan Valley Fire Department and Idaho State Police to Sheep Creek to assist a snowmobiler who had injured his hand. A team of 6 riders met up with him to apply first aid and then gave him a ride back to the trailhead.

Overdue Snowmobilers Near Fogg Hill

On Tuesday 1/14 at 6pm, we responded to Pine Creek Pass to help locate a pair of snowmobilers who had been riding near Fogg Hill but had become separated from their party and hadn't returned. Along with Teton County, we sent in teams who were able to rendezvous with the pair who had simply become bogged down in the deep snow. They all made it back safely to the trailhead.

Lost Hunters Near Brockman

On Sunday 11/10 at 1am, we responded to the Brockman area to assist a pair of hunters who had become lost. We located them with the assistance of Air Idaho Rescue and escorted them back to safety around 4:30am.

Overdue Hunter Near Brockman

We responded to a 74 year old male who was overdue hunting near Brockman. Search teams located him in good condition, but with a disabled vehicle. They gave him a ride back to town.
